Once we get all the information we will then book your event, as well as put everything in writing for you to review. Every event requires a deposit.

Our owner and operator, Tito Arias, is also our chef and has more than 30 years of experience in the catering industry. He has worked at many different restaurants over the years and draws inspiration from diverse food traditions.
